Jordan Meddings
Jordan is originally from a small town in Eastern Kentucky on the border of West Virginia. He attended the University of Louisville and obtained a Bachelor of Science Degree in Political Science in 2019. He then earned a Juris Doctor Degree from Lincoln Memorial University’s Duncan School of Law in 2023, graduating summa cum laude and first in his class. While in law school, Jordan served as President of the Mock Trial organization, a member of the Moot Court Board, and a Dean’s Fellow, along with competing in several mock trial and moot court competitions across the country. During his time at LMU, Jordan received CALI Excellence Awards in Contracts I, Torts I, Legal Research I, Property II, Civil Procedure II, Business Organizations, Constitutional Law, Trial Advocacy, and MBE Skills.
Since his admission to the Tennessee Bar in 2023, Jordan has practiced several different areas of law, including civil litigation, estate planning, and business advising, among others. Upon joining the firm in 2025, Jordan has focused primarily on real estate and transactional law.
Outside of the office, Jordan is an active member in the Knoxville Bar Association and the Barristers, serving as a committee chair and volunteering in the community any chance he gets. He also enjoys golfing, pickleball, and spending time with his significant other, Geran, and their dog, Graham.
