Kayla Rask

Kayla grew up in Honolulu, Hawaii. She received her Bachelor of Arts in Political Science from the University of Notre Dame, where she graduated cum laude. She attended law school at the University of Tennessee College of Law, where she graduated cum laude. Kayla is currently finishing up a Master’s in Public Policy and Administration at the University of Tennessee. While in law school, Kayla was a two-time member of the National Moot Court Team and served as a student attorney in the Advocacy Clinic. She received CALI Excellence awards in Trial Practice, Advanced Appellate Advocacy, and Advocacy Clinic.

Kayla joined the firm in 2020 and concentrates on commercial, business, and general civil litigation. Kayla is admitted to practice law in the state of Tennessee and is a member of the Tennessee and Knoxville Bar Associations.

Kayla is married to Wesley Queener, A GIS Specialist for Clinton Utility Board, and they live in Powell with their two dogs, Domer and Ted.
