Andrew Gaither
Andrew grew up in Hickory, North Carolina and received his Bachelor of Science in Managerial Accounting from North Carolina State University. He attended law school at the University of Tennessee College of Law, where he graduated magna cum laude. While in law school, Andrew was elected as the Student Bar Association Social Chair and worked as an acquisitions editor for Transactions: the Tennessee Journal of Business Law. He worked as a research assistant for a College of Law professor and as a student attorney in the University of Tennessee Business Law Clinic and received CALI Excellence awards in Real Estate Finance, Commercial Leasing, Business Law Clinic, Bankruptcy, Remedies, and Criminal Law.
Andrew joined the firm in 2022 and concentrates on estate and trust matters, estate planning, transactions and business law. Andrew is admitted to practice law in the state of Tennessee and is a member of the Tennessee and Knoxville Bar Associations.
